I can only offer that I hope you get this behind you.
Hang in there. You're not alone.
I know. I literally just stay in bed with the covers over my head until I think I can manage to go to the bathroom. No lie. And somehow that's enough personal victory to at least sit in the shower and turn the water on to get some stink off so I can lie in bed some more, but this time it doesn't smell quite so bad under the covers.
Not saying any of that will help you. Just sharing what I do to protect myself from myself.
After darkness comes light always, it might not come when we want it but it does. I have felt the same way in the past, patience has never been my friend. You will get past it, I did but it sucked for a while. You are not alone. I have been there and so has many others.
