I've had the same clothes on for two days.

I despise washing my hair and I have oily, oily skin. It ain't attractive. Jesus, I just realized I haven't even brushed it today. And I don't brush my teeth every day either. I have found something that really helps is the little floss picks, I'll just do a couple of teeth, but really helps with oral health according to my dentist. For some reason, it bothers me less than brushing.

It's why I blog, we're not alone.

First of all, cut yourself some slack. No one asks to have a mental disease, so having impulses you don't understand unfortunately happens.

Second, you're not alone in those impulses. I'm the same way when it comes to the texture of foods. It actually surprised me to see you write about it because I've tried to explain it to my husband and it just sounds so weird, so it's nice to know I'm not alone ;)

Third, you need to talk to your doc about the laxatives. My grandfather does the same thing and his bowels are now so bunged up that he has accidents when he uses the laxatives now. Ask yourself - is it worth it?

Lastly, keep typing, whether you know what you need to say or not. You're at least releasing some of the energy you've got, whether you make sense to anyone or not. ;)
