And I know it&amp;#39;s not easy to remember to do this when we&amp;#39;re caught up in the rages or crying bouts. When you feel that pressure starting to build in your chest, take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds, then slowly let it go. Repeat a few times until you feel calmer. It really does work! It&amp;#39;s not a long term solution, but can help with the short term emotions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You got through one interview and you obviously know exactly what you want to get into. I think that&amp;#39;s pretty fantastic. You&amp;#39;ve stuck with your studies this long and I know that hasn&amp;#39;t been easy. You can take the next step... even if it takes a bit longer, you know you can do it because you&amp;#39;ve already gotten this far :)</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6113256638961521090/7170126391432136012/comments/default/6823526538410549982'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6113256638961521090/7170126391432136012/comments/default/6823526538410549982'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.bipolarblog-livingwild.com/2010/02/interview-thumbs-down.html?showComment=1265250330923#c6823526538410549982' title=''/><author><name>Vampi</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/01149002274166772967</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='OpenSocialUserId' value='00064274019889742999'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.bipolarblog-livingwild.com/2010/02/interview-thumbs-down.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6113256638961521090.post-7170126391432136012' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6113256638961521090/posts/default/7170126391432136012' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
